GC coupled with MS, ECD, FID and Headspace

GC/MS analysis is an analytical test method that combines features of gas chromatography and mass spectrometry to identify different substances within a liquid or volatile sample. GC/MS is commonly used to identify unknown samples, contaminants, or residual solvents. This is an extremely versatile testing method that can also be used for environmental analysis. GC testing techniques can be used as part of GC/MS analysis as well as GC-ECD and GC-FID.

While GC/MS analysis works well for most samples, additional steps must be taken to analyse the materials outgassed from a sample. Outgassing is the release of a gas that was dissolved, trapped, frozen or absorbed in a sample material.

Headspace analysis is useful for analysing odors, flavors, residual solvents in pharmaceutical products and compounds that are given off from a sample during heating.

HP-LC coupled with MS, RID and PAD detectors

Liquid Chromatography – Mass Spectroscopy (LC-MS) is an analytical chemistry technique that combines the physical separation capabilities of liquid chromatography with the mass analysis capabilities of mass spectrometry.

LC-MS is applied in many industries such as pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceuticals, forensic, food and environmental sectors.

PAD and RID detectors can be used for Pharmaceutical, food and sugar analysis.
